Nana Buys ₩4.2 Billion KRW Villa in Guri’s Achiul Village, Now Neighbors with Han So-hee and Hyun Bin
According to real estate sources and Supreme Court registry records on June 5, Nana recently purchased a luxury 221m2 villa unit in Arcadia Signature, a high-end complex located in Acheon-dong, Guri, Gyeonggi Province. The property, finalized in March 2025 for ₩4.2 billion KRW (approx. $3 million USD), was officially transferred into her name last month.
Registry filings also revealed a mortgage lien for up to ₩3.2 billion KRW, indicating that Nana may have taken out a loan covering roughly 64% of the purchase price, or over ₩2.7 billion KRW.
Arcadia Signature, completed in May 2023, comprises just eight exclusive residences, including two penthouses. The complex is known for its strict security, private access road, and celebrity-friendly environment. These features have made it a preferred address for A-listers seeking both comfort and privacy.
Nana is now neighbors with actress Han So-hee, who made headlines in August 2024 for acquiring a duplex penthouse in the same building for ₩5.2 billion KRW. Actress Choo Ja-hyun also resides in the complex under a high-value lease estimated at ₩3.5 billion KRW.
Achiul Village, once an artistic enclave home to cultural icons like novelist Park Wan-suh and painter Lee Ungno, has transformed into a luxury housing district since the greenbelt was lifted in 2006. Today, it’s home to some of the most recognizable faces in Korean entertainment, including Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin, Oh Yeon-seo, Park Jin-young, and Moon Hee-jun.
Nana’s real estate move adds yet another high-profile name to this star-studded community, further cementing Achiul Village’s status as the go-to address for Korea’s elite.
